PVFiT has something for everyone ages 30 and up! The fitness center is open to the public and perfect for someone who wants to workout independently or with one of our personal trainers. The heated pool is the best place to exercise or to rehab from an injury and the fitness studio is a great space for group classes.
Staying fit is a key component of lifelong health. At PVFiT, we offer a wide range of exercise options to assist you in reaching your health and wellness goals.
Memberships are open to the public (ages 30 and older) and include the use of the fitness center, containing a variety of cardiovascular and free weight equipment, and a complete circuit of Cybex Strength machines. The pool area houses our heated indoor saltwater-treated pool, whirlpool, and traditional cedar sauna. Additionally, there are unlimited aquatic and group fitness classes offered daily in our pool and fitness center.
If you are Medicare eligible, you may qualify for a free fitness center membership. Contact your insurance company or fitness center staff regarding eligibility questions.
Medicare programs include: Silver Sneakers, Silver & Fit, and Renew Active
Other insurance eligible programs include: Tivity Prime, Active & Fit, and One Pass

Group Classes
Group classes range in levels of intensity with modifications so that partial or total body workouts are achieved. New classes are being introduced periodically to keep energy high and engage muscles in a different way.
All classes are approximately 45 minutes. Pre-registration is required. Appointments required to use the pool.
Pool
Members may take advantage of our heated pool for water exercise, lap swimming, aquatic classes, rehabilitation or a refreshing post-workout swim. We also offer a jetted hot tub and a traditional cedar sauna for further relaxation.
Full-Swing Golf Simulator
Play golf all year long in an indoor, climate-controlled room with all the high-tech bells and whistles to help gauge your game. Refine your skills with chip & putt and the driving range or challenge 3 of your friends to a round of golf!
